A Special Year-End Opportunity!!
We are excited to share with you that as of October 31, King of Glory has already met our giving budget for 2024!  Thank you for your generous giving!  Because of your generosity, the Leadership team has decided that all giving from November 1 to the end of the year will be committed to two focuses. The first $100,000 will support our mission partners and all remaining funds will be allocated towards a facility enhancement project in 2025.

Add family restroom

Add storage (replacing storage that was removed to create more space in the multipurpose room)

How much will the facility expansion cost? 

We do not have specific costs available yet. Those will come when construction documents and blue prints are completed in January followed by pricing with a construction company. We know from initial estimates that it will be approximately $400,000 to accomplish all of our priorities. An architect has done an initial review of codes and options for facility expansion to give us the necessary framework to work from.

What is our current financial situation?

Our goal is to not use more than 50% of the $98,000 we currently have in our capital needs fund. That will guarantee the necessary funds are in place to handle any emergency maintenance needs. We have been saving in our Capital Needs Fund for future maintenance needs such as parking lot repair or HVAC system replacements.  

We also have an emergency reserve fully funded to cover three months of operations if there was a situation where giving declined or other emergencies arose.

We are committed to remaining debt free with this specific project. We desire to set up the next generation to continue leading King of Glory from a place where there is not a financial burden and all operational dollars can support important ministry programs with a strong staff, and to also continue our strong mission support.
